Which export documents do you provide?
We handle the Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, Lab Analysis and commercial documents such as the invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Tell us your destination so we can confirm what your customs authority requires.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order depends on the stone and finish. Most orders ship as full containers, and we can discuss smaller trial orders. Send your requirements for an exact figure.
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 60% deposit to start production and the remaining 40% balance, as stated in your proforma invoice. Bank charges and taxes outside Indonesia are your responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
Which shipping term and port do you use?
Our standard shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, Indonesia. We can also quote CFR or CIF to your destination port. Under FOB you arrange ocean freight and marine insurance, under CFR we pay the freight, and under CIF we pay the freight and arrange marine insurance.
